Technology Solutions Associate (Technology)

Location: Minato-ku, Japan, or Osaka-shi, Japan. Hybrid working combines work from home with on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices. Travel to other offices and client locations is required as project needs dictate.

What you will do

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to shape and implement technology solutions.
• Translate business challenges and requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Design and implement technical features using appropriate development methodologies and engineering best practices.
• Lead development activities across one or more client engagements and coordinate with development teams.
• Support client meetings, workshops, user acceptance testing, deployment planning, user adoption, and change management.
• Contribute to solution visions, business cases, prototypes, mockups, technical architecture, test cases, and project outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, with academic excellence.
• 1–2+ years of experience delivering small- or medium-scale technology solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese are required.
• Familiarity with big data concepts and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in relational database concepts, SQL, and programming languages such as Python.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, algorithm, and data-structure skills.
