TL;DR
GSOC Program Management Supervisor (Security Operations): Leading and coordinating security operations programs and projects for crisis response, intelligence integration, executive protection, and situational awareness with an accent on program governance, operational technology, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on integrating OSINT and threat intelligence, building executive dashboards and reporting, managing program risks, and supporting critical incident response.

Location: Full-time on-site in Pensacola, Florida, United States. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, supporting a 24/7 security operation.

Salary: $78,400–$115,525 annually

What you will do

  • Lead GSOC programs and projects supporting global security operations, intelligence, incident response, and crisis management.
  • Manage intake, planning, prioritization, scheduling, resources, delivery, and performance tracking across the program lifecycle.
  • Standardize and oversee reporting, dashboards, intelligence products, and situational awareness deliverables.
  • Integrate threat intelligence, OSINT, travel risk intelligence, and operational data into planning and decision-making.
  • Coordinate executive travel monitoring and risk programs with GSOC, Executive Protection, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Identify risks and dependencies, improve processes and tools, support governance, and guide project managers and team members.

Requirements

  • Strong experience leading or supporting complex, cross-functional security operations programs and projects.
  • Experience with incident management, intelligence analysis, threat monitoring, operational initiatives, and crisis response.
  • Proficiency with security platforms such as AlertMedia, International SOS, LPR, access control, CCTV, and intelligence tools.
  • Experience with OSINT, travel risk intelligence, internal data, program governance, risk management, and change management.
  • Advanced ability to create executive reports, dashboards, and program briefings; proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Power BI.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. A bachelor’s degree in security management, business administration, intelligence studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.

  • Master’s degree in business administration, security management, or a related field.
  • PMP, Agile, Lean, CPP, or related professional certification.
  • Experience in financial services, corporate security, enterprise risk, globally distributed operations, or 24/7 security environments.
