Salary: $96,000–$144,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do
- Prepare engagement teams for internal and external interactions across multiple project teams.
- Conduct secondary research and develop hypotheses, findings, and recommendations.
- Provide therapeutic-area and market-dynamics expertise, including analysis of pricing, sales value, volume, and reimbursement.
- Prepare and support primary research interviews with KOLs, payers, and other subject-matter experts.
- Recruit respondents, conduct interviews when appropriate, and organize interview findings for team review.
- Create PowerPoint slides presenting insights from research and internal analyses.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as a high-performing consultant at a top-tier biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical strategy consulting firm.
- Deep knowledge of pricing dynamics, payer and provider types, market access, and relevant industry trends.
- Strong analytical, numerical, oral, written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Experience using PubMed, Medline, Google Scholar, and research platforms to source reimbursement data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Working knowledge of consulting methodologies, systematic reviews, clinical research design, and clinical-trial standards and regulations.
