Business Development Specialist (Logistics)

Salary: Base salary of $50,000+ per year plus commission

What you will do

• Prospect heavily to identify top talent and potential Agents within the logistics industry.
• Make 80+ outbound calls per day to logistics sales professionals.
• Qualify prospects, build rapport, and establish trust quickly.
• Sell the hirify.global Agent opportunity and transition qualified prospects.
• Work with the Director to support efficient Agent transitions.
• Expand the Agent Network throughout the United States and meet assigned business quotas.

Requirements

• Sales or recruitment experience is preferred but not required.
• A college degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated self-motivation, confidence, energy, enthusiasm, and competitiveness.
• Determination to contribute to a high-performing team.
