Vice President, Program Management (Data Center Cooling)

What you will do

• Lead custom and configurable development and production programs from opportunity identification through product commissioning.
• Coordinate Engineering, Test, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and Service teams around schedule, cost, quality, and customer commitments.
• Establish workflows for kickoff, engineering release, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, customer acceptance, installation, and commissioning.
• Own program-level financial health, including revenue, margin, cost, cash flow, change orders, warranty exposure, and overall performance.
• Implement standardized risk management, contract governance, portfolio dashboards, and program performance analytics.
• Build, lead, coach, and scale the Program Management organization while representing it at the executive level.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive program or project management experience, including executive leadership of multi-program portfolios.
• Experience owning program-level P&L execution, contract governance, and customer commitments for large, complex capital-equipment programs.
• Experience building and scaling program management organizations in a fast-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, governance frameworks, and tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft Project, and PLM systems.
• Experience with cross-functional new product development and engineer-to-order production programs, including installation and commissioning coordination.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience establishing or leading an enterprise PMO or program governance function at scale.
• Experience with engineered-to-order capital equipment and large B2B sales programs.
• Experience supporting hyperscale data center customers or rapidly scaling B2B markets.
