What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Generate relationship-growth opportunities through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and internal partnerships.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies while following operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military role.
• Strong relationship-building, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products, banking, investments, consumer lending, and business lending.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• One or more years of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, retail sales, or business-to-business sales.
• Comfort with mobile services and online banking technology.
