Location: Honolulu, HI; the job description also lists Orange, CA. Onsite customer support is required.

What you will do
- Diagnose, configure, and install common software applications.
- Install, remove, move, add, and change desktop PCs and monitors.
- Provide Office 365 support on workstations and mobile devices.
- Perform basic deskside services, including IMAC activities, system builds, configuration, and script-based setup.
- Resolve low-complexity software, hardware, and platform issues at customer locations.
- Support current Windows through four prior generations of Windows, as well as current Apple operating systems through one prior version.
Requirements
- Experience diagnosing and resolving desktop hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common software applications.
- Ability to provide in-person customer assistance at the customer's place of business.
- Knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems.
- Full-time availability for the stated five-year duration.
