What you will do

• Shape the global talent development strategy and own the regional learning strategy.
• Assess talent needs with senior stakeholders and provide strategic advice.
• Design, develop, and deliver high-impact blended learning solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Research learning approaches and tools to improve learning experiences.
• Lead regional talent development colleagues, coach performance, and manage significant risks and challenges.
• Coordinate development priorities across businesses and regions while contributing hands-on project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive learning and development or talent management experience.
• At least 3 years of regional leadership experience within a global institution.
• Experience managing learning and development initiatives across multiple APAC jurisdictions.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, facilitation, advisory, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English required. Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly desirable.
• Experience managing people, designing learning offerings, and using AI-powered learning platforms, adaptive learning paths, and automated content curation.

Nice to have

• Leadership coaching, executive coaching, or executive assessment experience.
• Background in organizational psychology.
