What you will do

  • Develop health economics, business analytics, and competitive intelligence strategies to gain, improve, and defend public and private market access, with a focus on Quebec.
  • Lead or contribute to INESSS, CDA, provincial, and private payer submissions, including global value dossier adaptations and budget impact analyses.
  • Coordinate Quebec access strategies, INESSS submissions, MSSS negotiations, reimbursement advocacy, and RAMQ listing mechanics.
  • Manage Core Access Team strategic planning, monthly meetings, tactical plans, budgets, progress reporting, and cross-functional priorities.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers, review agencies, external vendors, academia, and global access teams.
  • Generate evidence and value propositions for pipeline products and communicate competitive intelligence across relevant teams.

Requirements

  • French and English bilingualism is required, including effective communication in English with colleagues and partners outside Quebec.
  • Bachelor’s degree; a degree in health economics, pharmacy, science, or quantitative methods is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of INESSS, CDA, and provincial review agencies.
  • Experience working with academia and vendors, and drafting, reviewing, or critiquing health economics models, reports, budget impact models, and cost calculators.
  • Understanding of outcomes research methodologies and the ability to review or contribute to research protocols.
  • Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, project management, and budget management skills.
