Trade Compliance Senior Analyst (Global Logistics)

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage the creation, correction, review, validation, indexing, and dispatch of trade documents.
• Support air, ocean, and ground import and export activities.
• Support regional trade compliance processes, including customs clearance and certificate management.
• Provide operational guidance and troubleshooting support as a subject matter resource across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure continuity, accuracy, and timely execution across end-to-end trade compliance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in global trade compliance, customs operations, or logistics.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Previous experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Detail-oriented mindset, effective communication skills, and strong analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Spanish.
• Project management experience.
