What you will do
- Build relationships with independent pharmacy teams and provide clear product education.
- Plan and conduct territory visits to achieve call-rate, selling-call, and order KPIs.
- Identify local opportunities and develop new business across the South West territory.
- Record sales activity in the CRM and complete day-to-day administration.
- Support in-store execution through merchandising, planograms, point-of-sale materials, and fixture and shelf maintenance.
- Follow pharmacovigilance, compliance, health and safety, and basic supply chain procedures.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisation, time management, and proactive, goal-focused approach.
- Ability to present ideas clearly in PowerPoint and willingness to learn CRM tools.
- Interest in the UK pharmacy and over-the-counter sector.
- Right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Experience in sales, retail, pharmacy, or over-the-counter products.
- Early-career experience in commercial healthcare.
