National Product Specialist - Craniomaxillofacial (CMF), Auckland (MedTech)

Location: Mount Wellington, Auckland, New Zealand. This national role requires frequent travel to hospitals throughout New Zealand.

What you will do

• Build relationships with surgeons and promote the sale of craniomaxillofacial products.
• Identify customer needs, generate leads, present product information, and pursue commercial opportunities.
• Provide in-theatre clinical support during surgical cases and deliver in-service training.
• Support new product launches across the national New Zealand territory.
• Develop strategic territory sales and performance plans while monitoring market and competitor activity.
• Provide regular feedback and achieve revenue targets across the product range.

Requirements

• Degree qualification and proven experience in hospital sales and territory management.
• Ability to travel nationally around New Zealand, with frequent travel to hospitals.
• Strong team orientation and a long-term, relationship-based sales approach.
• Commercial acumen, strong planning skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Existing rights to work in New Zealand, a reliable car, and a valid driver licence are required.
