Loan Sales Specialist - Arcadia Crossing (Finance)

Location: Phoenix, AZ — onsite. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shifts.

What you will do

• Listen to customers' needs and present tailored loan and financing solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Manage loan servicing and collections activities while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Educate customers about loan terms, options, and optional insurance products.
• Serve customers and collaborate with other departments through phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Achieve individual and branch goals through responsive, empathetic, and results-oriented service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, Arizona.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands, and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service.
