Loan Sales Specialist (Finance)

Location: On site in Canandaigua, NY, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended weekday hours and possible Saturday work.

Salary: $17.00–$20.00 per hour, plus additional compensation based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Listen to customers’ needs and present tailored loan and financing solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and customer lifecycle.
• Manage loans, including collections activities, while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Educate customers about loan terms, options, and optional insurance products.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments through phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Meet individual and branch goals through efficient, empathetic, and results-focused service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing demands.
• Goal-oriented attitude and internal drive to achieve results.
• Ability to maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service.
