High-Speed & High-Frequency Cable Engineer (High-Speed Cables)

Location: Guangdong, China; the position is mainly based in Vietnam.

What you will do

• Conduct R&D for internal PCIe 5.0/6.0/7.0 cables, DAC, AEC, and other high-speed copper cables.
• Develop new cable products for 800G and 1.6T applications.
• Support manufacturing processes, resolve on-site production issues, and optimize processes and costs.
• Follow new products through mass-production introduction and provide customers with technical support and solutions.
• Coordinate with group affiliates and support business trips as needed.
• Perform high-frequency signal integrity testing, interpret test reports, and identify root causes from test data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 8 years of experience in the wire and cable industry.
• Practical experience developing high-speed cables for 800G and 1.6T products.
• Proficiency with professional design software such as CAD.
• English proficiency at CET-4 level or equivalent and above.
