What you will do

• Plan and execute post-silicon validation for functionality, performance, and robustness across silicon milestones.
• Validate high-speed SerDes and DSP products, characterizing FLL/PLL, signal quality, and link behavior across PVT corners.
• Perform compliance testing for PAM4 optical, AEC copper, and PCIe/CXL interfaces following industry standards.
• Drive silicon bring-up and chip screening on EVB platforms in collaboration with design and firmware teams.
• Develop automated test scripts and regression flows using Python and Jenkins to improve test coverage.
• Lead validation domains, mentor junior engineers, and define methodology and best practices for the team.

Requirements

• BSEE/MSEE in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in post-silicon validation or high-speed system-level testing of semiconductor products.
• Deep understanding of SerDes (PAM4/NRZ), BER, jitter, and signal integrity fundamentals.
• Experience with interface standards: PAM4 (IEEE 802.3), OIF CEI, or PCIe Gen5/6/7.
• Proficiency in Python/Bash for test automation and lab equipment control.
• Hands-on experience with Oscilloscopes, BERTs, and Signal Analyzers.

Nice to have

• Experience with MATLAB, ADS, or similar simulation and analysis tools.
• Knowledge of electro-optical systems or analog circuit characterization.
• Experience with DSP-based transceiver products.
