What you will do

• Design and develop test sockets, load boards, probe cards, and interface hardware for validation and manufacturing.
• Ensure signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal performance in hardware designs.
• Perform mechanical structure analysis and tolerance chain analysis to ensure robustness.
• Collaborate with design, validation, and manufacturing teams during the new product hardware introduction process.
• Conduct root cause analysis on test failures related to hardware.
• Manage hardware development projects and coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
• English: Proficiency for global project support (CET-4 or above).
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and EDA tools (Cadence).
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to collaborate with diverse technical teams.
