Operations Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore Pioneer Plant; willingness to work in the Tuas area required

What you will do

• Execute batch-making and packing processes according to the daily production plan.
• Complete job assignments allocated by the team leader.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in the plant.
• Maintain assigned equipment in base condition and develop safety, loss, and lubrication maps.
• Develop operating standards and improvements, including job aids, SOPs, OPLs, and Kaizens.
• Execute equipment-related loss-elimination projects and own up to two site systems.

Requirements

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good collaboration skills and the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in the Tuas area.
