What you will do
- Establish operational standards, optimize manufacturing implementation, and improve process reliability.
- Set up manufacturing processes for customer products, including workflows, work instructions, FMEA, time studies, and staffing allocation.
- Manage new product introduction handovers and evaluate process re-engineering opportunities.
- Define standard times, provide training and guidance, and support production teams.
- Verify first-article samples and initial production runs, track engineering changes, and resolve anomalies involving products, materials, and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- At least three years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software, including drafting skills.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Basic English communication skills.
