What you will do
- Lead customer collaboration, new application development, and commercialization of interconnect products.
- Coordinate field trials with lead customers and evaluate local competition and marketing practices.
- Advance products through performance measurement systems, data packages, industry participation, and market-focused training.
- Collaborate with internal and external interconnect resources and global teams to drive technical platform innovation.
- Provide advanced technical application support to customers and create new commercial opportunities.
- Contribute technical expertise to industry standards, practices, and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline.
- Proven capability in 2D/3D modeling and mechanical drawing.
- Strong understanding of interconnect manufacturing processes and measurement systems.
- At least five years of technical development experience in the interconnect industry.
- At least two years of hands-on laboratory experience, including mechanical property and analytical testing.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with diverse global teams.
Nice to have
- Three or more years of laboratory experience in interconnect application development or design.
- Experience with the optical communications industry.
- Experience using laboratory test equipment, including environmental testing equipment and microscopes.
- Leadership and communication experience across laboratory, manufacturing, and business functions.
