MPE&E Specialist (Injection Molding)

Location: Jiaxing, China; on-site factory workplace with rotating day shifts on a 4-on-4-off schedule

What you will do

• Provide technical support and problem-solving solutions to production and support departments.
• Lead improvement projects in the injection molding area and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use PDCA, PPS, 8D, FMEA, and other anomaly-analysis tools to solve complex production issues.
• Support the introduction and implementation of new molding technologies.
• Support training activities related to molding technology and simplify or improve work processes.
• Maintain safe working practices and ensure good 5S standards in the work area.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in injection molding process improvement.
• Proficiency with anomaly-analysis tools, including PDCA, 8D reports, and FMEA.
• College diploma or above preferred; mechanical engineering or polymer materials education is an advantage.
• Basic English reading and writing competency required.
• Ability to work a rotating day shift on a 4-on-4-off schedule.
