Location: Fujian, China; onsite, full-time

BizLink Electronics (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. develops and manufactures electronic connector and cable assembly products.
What you will do
- Formulate product technical requirements and design connector structures.
- Evaluate customer new projects and manage ODM development, including DFM, verification, project setup, process design, and project reviews.
- Verify product processes, track samples, and coordinate testing.
- Handover and improve new products with product engineering and NPI teams.
- Communicate with customers by email and handle related project issues.
Requirements
- Proficiency with PRO/E Creo 3D software and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Agile or related product development systems.
- Experience in product development and knowledge of the complete development process, including APQP, EVT, DVT, PVT, MP, and PPAP data collection.
- Knowledge of conventional hardware materials such as copper, iron, and stainless steel, including their material properties.
- Knowledge of plastic materials and characteristics, including ABS, PBT, PA6, and PA66.
- Understanding of product molds and the mold-opening process.
- Familiarity with low-voltage electrical structures, electrical products, and high-current cable assembly.
