Digital Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: NEMC North East Mix Center; onsite role

Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

Procter & Gamble is hiring for a digital process engineering role supporting manufacturing operations.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize digital manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and throughput.
• Develop and execute IQ, OQ, and PQ process validation protocols.
• Monitor performance through statistical process control, troubleshoot deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, quality assurance, and maintenance on product introductions and continuous improvement.
• Lead root cause analysis and prepare technical reports, SOPs, process documentation, and training materials.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Interest in learning technical manufacturing skills, IWS, general leadership, and digital analytics.
• Prior warehouse operations or process engineering experience is preferred.
• Must meet applicable US work authorization requirements; immigration sponsorship is not available.
