Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Mexico; remote work

Salary: 85,000 MXP before taxes plus benefits

hirify.global is hiring for a Salesforce Business Analyst role supporting client McAfee.

What you will do

• Manage requirements elicitation, clarification, documentation, and ongoing updates.
• Maintain roadmaps, track cross-team dependencies, and manage backlog prioritization.
• Coordinate release scope, prepare additional instructions, and report on sprint and release status.
• Support developers by clarifying expected results, defects, requirements, and end-user cases.
• Support QA with requirements clarification, business cases, test scenarios, and complex scenarios.
• Facilitate Scrum meetings, substitute for Scrum Masters, and support process changes and new initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of solid Salesforce Business Analysis experience, preferably with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ SteelBrick implementations.
• Strong business analysis, facilitation, ownership, requirements identification, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, software development life cycle, and software development methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and requirements management tools.
• Ability to perform gap and root cause analysis between high-level and low-level requirements.
• Fluent English with comprehensive written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the finance software domain.
• Experience developing AI features.
