What you will do

• Achieve sales forecasts and increase recommendations of promoted L’Oreal/CeraVe skincare products.
• Build mutually beneficial, long-term relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Manage sales activities within an assigned territory.
• Coordinate sales strategies with teammates to maximize territory performance.

Requirements

• Four-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Demonstrated success in previous roles and a record of exceeding sales objectives.
• Strong persuasion, influence, negotiation, analytical, and business skills.
• Knowledge of the selling process and ability to apply technical or scientific knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and work effectively with a team.

• B2B sales experience.
• Primary Care Medical experience.
• Pediatric Sales experience.
• Established relationships within the assigned territory.
