Manager, Sustainability

What you will do

• Lead sustainability strategies and provide technical advice on complex, large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Drive sustainability initiatives across design and construction for water, rail, road, defence, and Net Zero projects.
• Develop sustainability frameworks, management plans, technical documentation, cost estimates, tender submissions, and client reports.
• Deliver carbon baselining, carbon assessments, lifecycle cost analysis, and innovative material selection.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders to achieve environmental and community outcomes.
• Contribute to proposals, budgets, business development, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in sustainability consulting within the infrastructure sector; water industry experience is highly regarded.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and business development experience.
• Ability to manage complex projects, budgets, deadlines, and client deliverables.
• Experience or familiarity with Green Star or ISCA rating tools is highly regarded.
