Senior Director, Business Risk Partnering - Corporate/Enterprise Business

What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership to embed risk considerations into strategic planning and business decisions.
• Design and execute enterprise-wide risk frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
• Provide risk insights and recommendations to executive and Board-level stakeholders.
• Build and lead a high-performing risk team.
• Lead transformation initiatives that improve systems, processes, and governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in enterprise risk management, business risk advisory, or similar leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, governance, and regulatory environments.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation or uplift initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams with a commercial focus.
