Senior Director, DAG Client Solutions - Data Analytics & Governance Practice

Location: Hybrid, three days per week in-office, based in one of the following U.S. offices: Boston, Century City, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, or Washington, DC.

Salary: $224,800–$406,640 annual base salary, depending on office location.

What you will do

• Lead the DAG Client Solutions delivery platform across operations, digital forensics, infrastructure, solutions architecture, data engineering, development, managed review, and project management.
• Design and improve an integrated operating model covering intake, scoping, staffing, workflows, matter handoffs, escalation, communication, and knowledge transfer.
• Develop multidisciplinary leaders and oversee workforce planning, capacity, staffing, succession, performance, and organizational transformation.
• Establish service standards, quality controls, documentation, playbooks, risk management, information security, data handling, and defensibility practices.
• Lead the evaluation, implementation, and scaling of technology, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Support budgeting, pricing, forecasting, profitability, matter delivery, client pitches, RFPs, and performance reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 12 years of progressively responsible experience in eDiscovery, legal technology, legal operations, professional services delivery, managed review, data analytics, digital forensics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of significant management or leadership experience, including leading managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience designing scalable service delivery models, resource and capacity planning, quality controls, change management, and operational performance programs.
• Deep understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle, including preservation and collection, processing, analytics, review, production, managed review, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and quality control.
• Strong executive communication, client-service, commercial, financial, project management, negotiation, and organizational leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or additional relevant experience.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CEDS, Relativity, information governance, digital forensics, AI, or other relevant certifications.
