What you will do

• Achieve sales and market share objectives across the assigned territory.
• Schedule customer appointments, deliver sales presentations, and demonstrate surgical products to physicians.
• Coordinate professional education and promotional activities for healthcare professionals.
• Visit customer locations, manage contracts and tenders, and gather market and order information.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability and resolve customer issues.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and customer feedback for management.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of sales experience.
• Experience with medical device or pharmaceutical companies is required.
• Experience in surgery or a pharmaceutical background is preferred.
• Ability to work in the assigned Johor territory and regularly visit customer locations.
