Performance Optimization Analyst (Financial Services)

Location: In office at 555 South Flower Street, Los Angeles, California, US 90071

Salary: $92,114–$156,880 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional efforts to identify and implement process improvements.
• Design processes that support business needs and perform gap analyses between current and future operations.
• Provide direction and oversight to project teams implementing business solutions.
• Conduct operational analysis and measure process improvement benefits after implementation.
• Partner with process owners to apply best practices, reduce waste and cost of poor performance, and deliver sustainable change.
• Plan and coordinate training, workshops, and process improvement initiatives that support organizational change.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of quality or process improvement experience.
• At least 5 years of financial services experience.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and develop actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and VBA, as well as PowerPoint, Visio, and other Office applications.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Strong modeling, client management, documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple work streams and applying analytical tools to complex problems.
