Senior Project Manager (Energy Infrastructure)

Location: Spokane, Washington, United States

Salary: $121,000–$194,000 annual base salary, plus benefits and potential performance incentives, bonuses, commissions, or equity.

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle execution of EPC and Design-Build projects from pre-construction through construction and commissioning support.
• Supervise construction projects valued at $5M+ across MEP renovations, central plants, building automation, lighting, photovoltaics, battery storage, and industrial facilities.
• Develop project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, cost controls, change management processes, and critical-path schedules in Microsoft Project.
• Lead site-specific safety plans and enforce OSHA and WISHA compliance for hirify.global and subcontractor teams.
• Manage Procore documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, safety records, daily reports, inspections, and closeout materials.
• Coordinate clients, subcontractors, inspectors, regulatory agencies, permits, meetings, and third-party reviews while monitoring installation quality and project performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 7 years of Project or Construction Management experience leading multi-million-dollar construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience with cost control, change management, critical-path scheduling, and substantial completion milestones.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting, controls, renewables, water conservation technologies, construction drawings, and technical documentation.
• OSHA 30 certification is required at minimum; OSHA 500 certification is preferred or must be pursued.
• Valid driver’s license issued by the employee’s state of residence is required. Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project is expected.

Nice to have

• PMP, CEM, CMVP, or LEED AP certification.
• Experience in public-sector MUSH markets, including K-12, higher education, municipal, or federal projects.
• Knowledge of utility incentive programs, energy financing, energy modeling, savings calculations, and measurement and verification protocols.
• OSHA 500 certification and familiarity with IPMVP.
