Sr Business Process Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria; office attendance is expected three times per week.

Salary: €24,900–€33,550 gross annual, with possible performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Gather detailed business requirements and communicate with stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and continuous-improvement opportunities.
• Develop data-driven solutions, reports, process maps, business requirements, and user stories.
• Analyze business data and provide actionable insights using reporting and visualization techniques.
• Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
• Support testing and validation of new systems and processes against business requirements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SQL scripting for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience developing and maintaining reports refreshed directly from databases.
• Experience analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into reliable, data-driven solutions.
• Solid experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience in payroll, finance, accountancy, or a related field.
• Certification in Business Analysis, such as CBAP or CCBA.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Basic coding knowledge.
