What you will do

• Provide administrative, coordination, and project support across HR functions.
• Assist with onboarding and organize pre-hire and new-hire documentation.
• Create standard operating procedures to improve HR process consistency and efficiency.
• Support employee engagement, performance management, benefits, compliance, and other HR projects.
• Post internship and job opportunities through Handshake and other campus recruitment platforms.
• Maintain HR intranet content, protect confidential information, and support data integrity.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, time management, relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while handling confidential information with discretion.
• Co-op availability from January through June 2027.
