What you will do
- Supervise and organize late and permanent night shifts.
- Manage the technical activities of the shift and train employees regularly.
- Operate and set up machines and production systems.
- Perform quality control during the shift.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety requirements in the production area.
- Place materials using a forklift truck.
Requirements
- Completed technical apprenticeship or comparable professional experience.
- Forklift licence.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, independent working ability, and a hands-on mentality.
- Ability to set priorities, manage time, and work flexibly.
- Good hand-eye coordination, physical condition, speed, and accuracy for repetitive tasks.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; SAP experience is desirable.
