Engineer - Maintenance (Medical Devices)

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia; onsite production role

What you will do

• Plan and oversee maintenance activities for machines and equipment.
• Coordinate repairs following machine and equipment breakdowns.
• Ensure maintenance procedures and tasks are performed in accordance with requirements.
• Develop and revise maintenance procedures to meet regulations and operational needs.
• Prepare reports addressing non-conformance issues and support operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• At least three years of relevant experience in molding or extrusion.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechatronic systems.
• Expertise in SAP and experience writing Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong technical reporting, administration, and documentation skills.
