Operations Manager

What you will do

• Lead production, maintenance, and logistics activities to ensure the required quantity, product quality, and reliable customer delivery.
• Optimize production sequences and improve operational efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
• Coordinate maintenance, servicing, and improvement activities for machinery, technical equipment, buildings, and external facilities.
• Drive production-oriented continuous improvement projects and recommend improved procedures and processes.
• Maintain close contact with customers and coordinate with materials management, quality assurance, and other departments.
• Analyze technical equipment and support investment decisions, including purchase recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience.
• Proven leadership experience in production, operations, maintenance, or a comparable manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Just-in-Time production, quality standards, health and safety requirements, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to coordinate complex operational processes across departments and shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a practical, solution-oriented, people-focused leadership style.
• Experience managing customer expectations, production priorities, and cost improvement initiatives.
