Associate Program Manager, Small Business Banking

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $70,304-$75,000 per year, plus target discretionary cash and restricted stock unit bonuses of 10% each.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of business banking and treasury management programs from ideation through launch and post-implementation optimization.
• Build program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, dependency plans, and executive-level reports.
• Drive delivery across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Marketing.
• Implement and enhance treasury products including ACH, wires, remote deposit capture, bill pay, fraud controls, and entitlements.
• Coordinate vendor implementations and integrations with payment processors, banking cores, digital platforms, and fraud tools.
• Standardize and automate treasury onboarding and servicing while tracking adoption, activation, revenue, efficiency, and client satisfaction KPIs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or implementation within banking or fintech.
• Demonstrated experience with treasury management products and services in business banking.
• Strong understanding of payments, cash management, entitlements, and fraud controls.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional, multi-workstream programs and working with banking cores, payment processors, and third-party vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting small to medium-sized businesses or businesses with complex banking needs.
