Sales Promoter Leader Jabodetabek (Financial Services)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia; daily field visits required

What you will do

• Own sales targets for the assigned area and ensure local programs achieve their goals.
• Visit merchants daily and maintain strong relationships with store PICs.
• Ensure promotional POP materials are correctly placed in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams on sales, competitor activity, and field issues.
• Manage approximately 15–20 Sales Promoters and monitor their daily activities.
• Deliver initial and refresher training for the field team.

Requirements

• Senior High School or Diploma qualification in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong leadership and team and area management skills.
• Good communication and social media marketing skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to work shifts and perform daily field visits in Jakarta, Indonesia.
