What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and vendors to develop new products, launch them, or redesign existing products.
• Lead cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders, and ensure goals and delivery timelines are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve product cost and production efficiency through re-engineering and material changes.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor contract compliance, and lead supplier scorecard processes.
• Evaluate the vendor pool, develop new suppliers, and create sourcing risk mitigation plans.
• Provide solutions or escalate issues while facilitating effective collaboration across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience in procurement, preferably in a healthcare company or regional sourcing center.
• Experience with new product development and new supplier development.
• English language proficiency is required.
