Procurement Specialist (Paper Materials)

What you will do

• Lead APAC sub-categories for silicone-coated paper release liners, pressure-sensitive papers, and tape and abrasive backing papers.
• Develop and execute category strategies supporting business continuity, supply resilience, cost reduction, working capital improvement, and value creation.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiate moderate to complex contracts, and ensure competitive pricing, quality, and service.
• Identify alternative sources of supply and drive supplier development, profitability, free cash flow, and risk-reduction initiatives.
• Analyze market and industry trends and lead business reviews with stakeholders covering capacity, savings, service, and performance.
• Manage change and continuous improvement projects through scenario planning, data analysis, action tracking, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, category leadership, or supplier management for paper-based materials.
• Strong negotiation, market analysis, analytical, project management, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Ability to manage complex sourcing problems and develop creative, resilient supply solutions.
• Ability to integrate sustainability, corporate responsibility, and regulatory and organizational compliance into sourcing strategies.
• Education and work history must be provided through a resume or the application fields.
