What you will do

• Complete complex clinical sales tasks for surgeons while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
• Support implementation plans, activities, and next steps for key clinical sales opportunities.
• Implement objective-driven clinical sales training programs, including strategy, processes, and sales collateral.
• Maintain the sales audit database by entering, verifying, and securing data.
• Use strategic partnerships to support customer acquisition and review customer feedback and demand.
• Respond to product and service complaints, escalate unusual cases, and track clinical, procedural, and technical discussions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience is required.
• Experience with medical device companies is preferred.
• Ability to support clinical sales activities involving surgeons and healthcare customers.
• Ability to manage sales data, customer feedback, product concerns, and clinical information accurately.
