What you will do

• Respond to inquiries about products and services.
• Process payments and perform general account maintenance.
• Use rapport-building and sales techniques to encourage customer upgrades when appropriate.

Requirements

• Willingness to work in Malaysia.
• Mandarin or Cantonese speaker.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
