What you will do

• Configure, turn up, and test managed services equipment for new customer installations.
• Configure, turn up, and test replacement and support equipment for existing customers.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues involving circuits and vendor-supplied customer premises equipment.
• Use software systems to diagnose network connectivity, configuration, and equipment issues.
• Train and mentor supported teams while collaborating with internal and external customers.
• Work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime when required.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent.
• CCENT or another entry-level industry certification.
• 2–4 years of experience.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
