IT/Network System Administrator

Location: Based in Sierra Vista, Arizona, United States; field service work on and off site with up to 25% travel required.

What you will do

• Manage servers and network equipment in on-site and field service environments.
• Integrate and configure computing and network hardware and software subsystems.
• Troubleshoot network infrastructure using network test equipment.
• Integrate and test systems running Windows and Linux.
• Maintain Cisco network architecture and support operators and maintainers.
• Develop standard operating procedures, system block diagrams, and subsystem test plans.

Requirements

• At least five years of direct technical experience managing servers and network equipment on site.
• US citizenship and a current Secret-level security clearance are required.
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Experience with Windows and Linux system administration, software integration, and testing.
• Hands-on experience managing and maintaining Cisco network architecture.
• Ability to work with network test equipment and develop technical documentation and test plans.

Nice to have

• BS in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience sustaining ISR systems, ground control stations, communications systems, computing and networking systems, or mission payloads in austere environments.
• Experience with initial cadre teams, rapid development, and technology transfer.
• Valid US passport and the ability to plan and prioritize multiple assignments.
