Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania
Salary: From €3,000 gross per month, with exact compensation based on skills and experience.

What you will do
- Translate, edit, and post-edit technical, creative, SEO, and UI/UX content from English into Lithuanian.
- Set and enforce Lithuanian content quality standards and maintain style guides, glossaries, and termbases.
- Perform SEO audits, keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and conversion-focused content optimization using relevant analytics tools.
- Advise Marketing, Product, and UX teams on communication strategy, product readiness, market entry, and Lithuanian user behavior.
- Own AI linguistic performance for Lithuanian by analyzing model output, identifying training gaps, and implementing feedback loops.
- Mentor junior and mid-level colleagues and improve scalable localization workflows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of localization experience with demonstrated senior-level strategic ownership.
- Native Lithuanian proficiency and C1+ written and spoken English.
- Expertise in creative campaigns, long-form SEO content, and technically precise UI/UX copy.
- Advanced AI post-editing, prompt engineering, and experience creating style guides or glossaries for AI model training.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools including Ahrefs, SurferSEO, Google Analytics, and Accuranker.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with Jira or equivalent agile tools, plus a business-focused approach to localization.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with PPC, email marketing analytics, or Tableau.
- Knowledge of the Lithuanian hosting, SaaS, or digital product market.
- Experience partnering with senior marketing stakeholders on locale strategy.
