Sr. Sales Manager, Giant Eagle/Wegmans

Location: Based at a sales office in Rochester, Syracuse, or Buffalo, United States

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits

What you will do

• Drive retailer growth and position P&G brands as leaders in their categories.
• Deliver in-market strategies across multiple product lines, business units, and functions.
• Use data insights and analytical tools to develop sales propositions and category insights.
• Manage and improve distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising.
• Build customer relationships and develop and execute Joint Business Plans.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for cross-functional business needs and influence customer strategies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in a business-related discipline.
• Leadership experience with the ability to drive results and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant computer applications.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
