VP, Commercial Loan Servicing

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per year, plus eligible discretionary cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 12.5% each.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Commercial Lending Specialists through performance management, monthly coaching, and targeted training.
• Oversee daily servicing operations for a commercial real estate loan portfolio, including payment processing, GL balancing, reconciliations, and audit readiness.
• Drive Central Lending Operations strategy, initiatives, and process improvements aligned with bank-wide objectives.
• Oversee wire processing, including transaction review and approval, accuracy standards, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
• Manage commercial loan onboarding, funding, term modifications, and construction draw administration.
• Partner with credit, compliance, and technology stakeholders to identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial loan servicing experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with LoanIQ or comparable commercial loan servicing platforms.
• Knowledge of commercial loan products, servicing workflows, and regulatory requirements for commercial real estate lending.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and drive operational accountability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, accuracy, and compliance skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
