What you will do

• Drive sales growth, profitability, market share, and numeric and weighted distribution across the designated area.
• Execute commercial plans covering market and channel expansion, product launches, promotions, in-store execution, and distributor engagement.
• Manage portfolio, SKU, channel, and area mix strategies to maximize value creation.
• Improve distributor sales processes, profitability, stock availability, and priority handling for sensitive SKUs.
• Implement sales, distribution, merchandising, consumer activity, reporting, and go-to-market routines.
• Lead distributor management, performance evaluation, capability development, recruitment, coaching, and team growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in Makassar, Indonesia.
• Experience driving sales growth and execution in the General Trade channel.
• Ability to manage distributors, sales processes, stock availability, merchandising, and commercial activities.
• Ability to lead performance reviews, operational routines, business reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Capability to recruit, coach, mentor, and develop distributor team members.
