What you will do
- Manage area sales targets and ensure promotional programs achieve their objectives.
- Visit merchants daily and maintain strong relationships with store PICs.
- Ensure promotional POP materials are correctly placed in stores.
- Coordinate with partner operations teams on sales performance, competitors, and field issues.
- Lead and monitor approximately 15–20 Sales Promoters.
- Conduct field-team and refresher training for promoters.
Requirements
- Senior High School certificate or Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong leadership and team and area management skills.
- Good communication and social media marketing skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Excel.
- Availability to work on shifting schedules and perform on-site field activities in Palangkaraya.
Nice to have
- Experience in Sales – Financial Services, such as insurance or unit trust, or an equivalent field.
