is hiring for area-based financial services sales operations.
What you will do
- Own sales targets and ensure sales programs run effectively across the assigned area.
- Visit merchants daily and maintain strong relationships with store PICs.
- Ensure promotional POP materials are correctly placed in stores.
- Coordinate with partner operational teams on sales, competitor activity, and field issues.
- Manage approximately 15–20 Sales Promoters and monitor their daily activities.
- Conduct field team training and refresher training for Promoters.
Requirements
- Senior High School or Diploma qualification in any field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and social media marketing skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to work shifts.
